Michael H. Rodrigue, Jr. joined the firm in February 2018. He focuses his practice in the area of admiralty law, including maritime personal injury defense and litigation, Jones Act and Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act claims, maritime commercial disputes, and maritime collision and property damage defense and litigation. His maritime law experience has required shipboard investigations for vessel collisions and allisions, as well as for personal injury claims. He also has experience in energy and offshore litigation, including defense of oil and gas platform and pipeline construction companies in personal injury and commercial litigation.
Though the focus of Mr. Rodrigue’s practice remains in maritime law, he has represented clients in state and federal courts in all aspects of litigation. He has handled numerous cases through mediation and court sponsored settlement conferences.
